Our Services

One team, every part of comfort care

Nursing Care

Registered nurses visit on a schedule built around your loved one, with on-call support available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Pain & Symptom Management

A physician-directed plan keeps pain, breathlessness, nausea and restlessness under control so comfort comes first.

Emotional & Spiritual Support

Chaplains and counselors walk alongside patients and families of every faith and tradition — including bereavement care for 13 months.

Social Worker Support

Medical social workers coordinate benefits, community resources, advance directives and the hard conversations families face.

Medications, Equipment & Supplies

Medications related to the hospice diagnosis, hospital beds, oxygen, wheelchairs and personal supplies delivered to the door.

Volunteer Support

Trained volunteers offer companionship, errands and respite hours so caregivers can rest and be family again.

Care Covered by Medicare & Medicaid

For eligible patients, the hospice benefit covers the care team, medications related to the terminal diagnosis, medical equipment and supplies — with no out-of-pocket cost to the family. Most private insurance plans are accepted as well.

Support for the whole family

We coordinate every detail so you can simply be present.

From the first phone call, a care coordinator handles the admission paperwork, insurance verification and equipment delivery. Your nurse, aide, social worker, chaplain and volunteer all work from one plan of care — and one point of contact.

  • Admissions available seven days a week, often same day
  • 24/7 on-call nurse line — a clinician, never an answering service
  • Bereavement support for families for 13 months
